Dynamic Weather Test Environment

This environment was created as a style test environment for a VR & PC game.

My aim here was to solidify the game's art style by exploring what I could get to run in standalone VR and what had to be reserved for PC only. Doing this helped me make any needed major optimizations or alterations in style before actually adding assets to real level blockouts.  It also allowed me to see exactly how long set dressing a level would take before committing to a style.
